The charger can be operated by using a car battery or a similar power source with 9-30 V DC. In steps of 0.1 A, the charging current can be set from 0.1 to 20 A at max. 500 W charging power. The discharge power is max. 15 W with an adjustable discharge current range from 0.1 to 5 A. An integrated balancer equalizes the individual cell voltages of lithium batteries with up to 1 A. Rechargeable batteries with up to 18 nickel or six lithium cells (also HV LiPo batteries) as well as lead batteries with up to twelve cells can be charged. In addition, a USB socket is provided for charging devices such as smartphones (2.1 A @ 5 V). A special feature is the IPS LCD with 2.4" size and 320 x 240 pixels, around 262k colors and a view angle of up to 178 ° overall. The charger measures 115 x 130 x 52 mm, weighs 289 g and has a housing made of impact-resistant plastic.
Measured power at 12,2 V input voltage: 3S LiPo @ 21,0 A = 260 W
Measured power at 12,2 V input voltage: 6S LiPo @ 12,5 A = 285 W
Measured power at 27,0 V input voltage: 3S LiPo @ 20,5 A = 242 W
Measured power at 27,0 V input voltage: 6S LiPo @ 21,0 A = 490 W
In order to ensure compliance with all regulations such as CE, several devices from each series are randomly tested independently by the SLG Prüf- und Zertifizierungs GmbH in Germany.
